All salads are daily fresh from the morning market.

A delicious salad with different kind of lettuce, tuna, tomato, cucumber, boiled potato, olives, boiled egg, capers, anchovy-filet, onion rings and mixed herbs.
Served with a herbal wine vinaigrette sauce on the side and a warm bread bun with butter.

Oak leaf salad (if available), iceberg salad, bread croutons, pieces of bacon, cheese, egg slices and topped with flakes of onion. Served with a delicious dressing; made of fresh-cream, mustard, garlic and lemon juice. This salad has a warm bread bun on the side.

Hoegaarden: Wheat Beer 4.9% alc.

Land of origin; Belgium

Hoegaarden is a light, pale, opaque, creamy wheat beer. It is very white in appearance. Has a relatively thin head. It’s a very pleasing, full-bodied wheat aroma with a slight hint of citrus and spice. Having a really delicious wheat taste, with just the right amount of citrus tang. Relatively light body but the right amount of carbonation so it is very creamy.

Blanche de Namur is a classic top fermented wheat beer, brewed with wheat, hops and yeast that produce that traditional cloudy appearance. Leffe; Old Vintage Beer 8.2% alc.

Vieille Cuvee is by far the most difficult of the Leffe beers to come by, even in Belgium. It has a musty, malty flavour, with an aftertaste of blackberries and toffee. It attains a persistent, though thin head of froth, and has an intoxicating bouquet. The texture is a little sharp, but this only serves to provide further balance to this impressive, rare beer.

Triple Karmeliet is still brewed to an authentic beer recipe from 1679 originating in the former Carmelite monastery in Dendermonde, Belgium. Written over 300 years ago, this recipe describes the use of three kinds of grain: wheat, oats and barley. This Belgian Abbey Style Triple ale has a robust smooth fruity character. Waterloo is a traditional Belgian beer that found its origin in 1815 at the time of the battle of Waterloo. Maredsous Blonde is the first ale ever to be brewed by the abbey. Elegant and fresh, with a harmoniously fruity aroma and a slightly bitter aftertaste. A sparkling nose, complex flavours and a touch of bitterness give this fine ale all of the refreshing qualities of a classic Belgian Blonde.

Palm: Amber Beer 5.2% alc.

Land of origin; Belgium

The main ingredients are the brewing water rich in minerals and the light coloured malts of maritime barley. The beer is slightly hopped with soft aroma hops. Adding "top yeasts" results in a fruity, full beer with a fine bitter sweet balance. After the first fermentation the "young" tastes will refine and the typical tenderness will develop during the maturation process. Cooling the beer off to 0°C after maturation causes the turbidity that is later filtered out of the beer.

Bosbier was launched in 1989 and is a truly enjoyable Lambic beer. It stands out in relation to other fruit beers thanks to its smooth aftertaste. This aftertaste is secured due to a very simple and obvious reason. Bosbier is brewed on the basis of pilsner, in contrast to other fruit beers, which are mainly brewed on the basis of “Gueuze” beer with its typical sour taste.

Rodenbach: Mixed-fermentation Beer 5.1% alc.

Young Rodenbach is mixed with Rodenbach that has matured at least 2 years in oak casks. (An art of master-tasters with the patience of a saint) The enormous amounts of old Rodenbach stored in the fresh infinity of cellars in oak casks, are followed up with great attention. This naturally matured beer, full, tingling dark and rich of flavours will be mixed with the young Rodenbach. A solemn moment when the master-tasters and his staff declare the lively brunette, full of natural charm, ready for consumption.

St Louis Premium Framboise: Raspberry Beer 2.8% alc.

A very deep cherry red colour beer that is slightly cloudy. The nose has a intense aromas of raspberry and bright fruits, with a nice sour, lemon and yeast background note. On the palate there is a huge sweetness that immediately coats the mouth with syrupy, red liquorices, cherry and raspberry fruit. There is a nice backstop of sour, actually quite nicely weighted limbic flavour, and though that sweetness persists, this concentrated, intense fruit beer plenty of personality.

St Louis Premium Kriek: Cherry Beer 3.2% alc.

Containing 25% fresh cherries in the brew, St Louis Premium Kriek pours a stunning crimson red with a fluffy, bright pink head. There is something very summery about the nose, with some grassy notes beneath the dominant cherry aromas. There is a little hint of creamy malt too. On the palate it is sweet, with a thick, mouth-filling texture and very good fruit. There's masses of flavour here, and a spritely acidity that really sharpens up the finish to leave it delicious and refreshing.

St Louis Premium Pêche: White peach Beer 2.6% alc.

This Lambic beer, made with 30% fresh peach or peach juice, pours a barley-sugar colour with a hint of peachy white in the moderate head. There's a sour lemon and slightly vinegary note on the nose and just the merest suggestion of fruit. It has fairly good acidity and a touch of malty richness that stops it from being too cloying.

This beer is a fantastic accompaniment to fresh seafood and other light tasting food dishes. The many connoisseurs of beer will tell you that this beer has a light, dry taste to it. It seems be able to taste the hops and malt which has been used to brew this excellent beer.

Erdinger: Wheat Beer 5.3% alc.

Erdinger Weissbier is not only the undisputed classic in the Erdinger product range; it is also quite simply the wheat beer par excellence. It is brewed using fine yeast according to a traditional recipe and, of course, in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. Even today, the beer is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way; it takes three to four weeks for Erdinger Weissbier 'with fine yeast' to mature. Only the finest ingredients are used in its production.

Erdinger Weissbier 'dark' is a rich and smooth wheat beer specialty from Erdinger Weissbräu. It owes its full-bodied flavor to the fine hops and dark malt used in its production. The dark beer specialty is brewed according to an age-old recipe. Nonetheless, at 5.6%, it doesn't contain much more alcohol than Erdinger Weissbier 'with fine yeast'. Like all Erdinger wheat beers, this dark variety also acquires its typical flavour from maturing in the bottle.

Hefe-Weissbier Dunkel has a much higher proportion of dark wheat malt than Hefe-Weissbier hell because it is produced in a special process. This is what gives it its irresistible chestnut-brown colour.

Land of origin; The Netherlands. 

Heineken is a 5% pale lager, made by Heineken International since 1873. It is the flagship product of the company and is made of purified water, malted barley, hops, and yeast. In 1886 H. Elion finished the development of the Heineken A-yeast. This is the yeast that is still used for the beer. The beer is force carbonated. Heineken is brewed in Thailand by Thai Asia Pacific Brewery in Nonthaburi province.

Taste has the adjunct and then leaves your mouth with a light bitter dryness. Mouth feel is light with good carbonation. Tiger beer is brewed in Thailand by Thai Asia Pacific Brewery in Nonthaburi province.

Chang is brewed for the domestic market at 6.4%; and for the export market at 5%. However, the two "versions" are in fact different beers, the export beer being a 100% malt beer like its domestic draught product, while the Beer Chang sold in-country in Thailand contains some rice.

In 2004, ThaiBev, owning Chang beer, introduced Archa beer, at 5.4% alcohol by volume. The beer won a gold medal at the 2007 Australian International Beer Awards (AIBA).
The taste of Archa is described as a light taste with the scent of malt.

Federbräu Beer: Pilsner (pale lager); 4.7 % alc.

Land of origin; Thailand

According the bottle is says; Federbräu is the only beer produced in Thailand which strictly adheres to the standards set by the Reinheitsgebot, Germany’s Purity Law of 1516, which stipulates that only the natural ingredients of barley-malt, hops, yeast and brewing water are used in the brewing process.
Federbrau is described as a smooth, balanced blend of bitterness and sweetness.
