Opened in 2003, Carnivore Steak and Grill has quickly established itself as the place in Krabi for red meat lovers. The concept is to serve the best ingredients available, simply prepared and in generous portions.
The Managing Director is Gidi, Dutch and trained at the hotel-school in Hasselt, Belgium.
Before working for more than 15 years in the restaurant business, he moved to Krabi in July 2001, where he first worked in a local five star hotel as the Food & Beverage manager.

Our Restaurant has been
serving for over 20 years
in ao nang.
Carnivore, established in 2003, has over these years built up a good reputation for the quality of the food served in the restaurant. All our beef and lamb is imported vacuum fresh by air-freight from Australia and New Zealand.
When opening the restaurant we had 20 seats in the restaurant.
The Carnivore expanded to 50 seats in 2005 and in 2014 it was expanded again to 70 seats.
Because of the aftermath of Covid-19 we had to scale down our operations, we run it now with a smaller menu and less staff, as soon as things pick up again we will go back to our normal operations
Our Story
We Make every moment special
The Carnivore management has over 30 years experience in the food industry.
All of our staff are local and trained by the owner, who got most of his training at the hotel-school in Hasselt, Belgium.
The restaurant is managed by Miss Ro; she joined our team in 2018 and has over the years built a great team around here.
The kitchen is managed by Khun Ea, who has already over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
